小阴唇肥大矫正术

Surgical treatment of hypertrophic labia minora

目的介绍应用三种术式矫正小阴唇肥大的情况并讨论其各自的优缺点。方法自1998年以来,我们采用直线切除法、楔形切除法和中央去表皮缝合法三种术式矫正小阴唇肥大12例,无严重并发症发生。结果术后随访1～3个月,所有患者小阴唇形态均有明显改善,局部不适和刺激感消失。结论通过外科手术矫治肥大的小阴唇可以获得良好的整复效果。

Objective Our purpose is to introduce three operative methods for correct hypertrophic labia minora and discuss the merits and shortcomings of the methods. Methods Three techniques,including straight amputation method,wedge-shaped resection method and Deepithelialized Reduction Labioplasty ,have been used to correct hypertrophic labia minora separately in 12 patients since 1998. Results After operation all the patients have had excellent results without specific complications. Conclusion Hypertrophic labia minora can be treatment with surgical procedure effectively.
