摘要
"以评促建"、"以评促改",已成为当前教育评估最重要的功能,而较少考虑和研究在教师职业领域中如何充分利用评估手段及结论促进其成熟的问题。为此,笔者从教育评估促进教师职业成熟的意义、功能、原则、策略等方面进行阐述,以期发掘教育评估的潜在功能,为加速教师职业成熟作有益探索。
At present,taking the education gauge to promote developments,taking the education gauge to promote the reformation have become the most important function of the current education gauge,however,the relationship between teacher occupation maturity and the education gauge were neglected.For this,the author seeks the meaning,function,principle and strategy about the relationship between teacher occupation maturity and education gauge,for discovering the latent function of the education gauge,and making the beneficial quest for accelerating the teacher occupation maturity.
