完善我国家庭暴力犯罪控制模式的构想

Conception of perfecting the pattern of controling crime of family violence

家庭暴力犯罪会直接影响到社会的安宁,给社会治安带来隐患。因而,对家庭暴力犯罪的控制,是整个犯罪控制体系中不可或缺的组成部分。对家庭暴力犯罪的控制,要通过两个层次的措施来解决:一是预防家庭暴力行为的发生,二是惩罚已实施的家庭暴力行为。具体措施应从完善相关法律对策、保障正确执法、提高普法效果、加强配套措施等四个方面展开。

Firmness and harrny of families is the precondition of stability of society because families are cells of society.Bro-ken families will directly influence the stable situation of society and arouse hidden trouble to public order.So it is the important part of the whole crime containing system that containing the crime of family violence.We should contain crime of family violence by two ways——preventing and penalizing family violence and the concrete measures are pefecting the law,safeguarding the right of enforc-ing the law,improving the results of popularizing the law and strengthening the complementary suitableaction.
