摘要
城市土地置换开发会产生增值收益;文章结合兰州市南河道周边土地置换开发项目,研究了城市土地置换开发收益的构成和收益方式,探讨了土地置换增值收益在理论上的分配,以及现实的分配关系,为我国城市土地置换的合理进行提供了参考。
Displacement and development of city land can bring added value, so the authors of this paper analyse the income of it and how to share the income in the instance of the land displacement and development of southern canal in LanZhou city. Theoretical and real sharing of the income are also studied. This paper could provide references for reasonable displacement of city land in China.
