Ph阳性慢性粒细胞白血病bcr/abl重排及转录本的研究

STUDY ON BCR REARRANGEMENT AND ABNORMAL TRANSCRIPT OF PH-POSITIVE LEUKEMIA

采用Southern和Northern印迹技术分别对15例慢粒、1例儿童急淋及K_(562)细胞系的DNA或RNA进行了bcr基因重排及转录本的研究。结果表明,bcr基因重排及8.5kb转录本是慢粒患者白血病细胞的分子标化,其在慢粒发生中可能具有重要作用。

Analyses of bcr rearrangement and transcript by using Southern blot and Northorn blot techniques were performed in 15 patients with chronic myelocytic leukemia (CML) and 1 patient with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). The results revealed that the bcr rearrangement and an 8.51kb mRNA were molecular markers of leukemic cells from patients with CML, which might play an important role in the pathogenesis of CML.
