政府收入规模与我国合理政府收入规模的界定

衡量政府收入规模 ,实质上是研究资源如何在公共产品和私人产品之间配置。以福利最大化为标准 ,政府收入规模存在着最佳点。合理的政府收入规模的确定不仅影响宏观资源配置效率 ,而且对私人部门和公共部门资源配置效率有较大影响。本文在规范分析的基础上 ,还进一步实证分析了我国合理政府收入规模的界定 ,并得出我国合理的政府收入规模的变化区间。

To weigh the scale of the public revenue is actually to study how to dispose resources between the public and individual products. Take welfare maximization as a standard, a best point exists in the scale of the public revenue. The definition of rational scale of public revenue not only affects the macro- resource distribution efficiency but also greatly affects the private department and public department resource distribution efficiency. On the basis of standard analyses, the paper has further analyzed the definition of rational public revenue scale with real examples and got the change block of rational scale of public revenue of China.
