摘要
目前,民办高校教师队伍已不是什么“严重老化”,而是两极分化。民办高校是靠退休教师和兼职教师起家的,以后相当长的时期内,也离不开退休教师,现在的问题是怎么样更好地调动这部分人的积极性,更好地发挥其作用。
At present, teachers in private college are not only so called aging, but polarizing. Private colleges were beginning with retire and part-time teachers, and will depended on them for a long time. Now the key issues are how to inspirit their enthusiasm to play their role well.
