区域高校必须及时转变社会服务观念以适应社会发展的要求。区域高校社会服务观念的转变,首先要进一步深化对社会服务的认识:区域高校开展社会服务,是高等教育发展的必然趋势,是区域社会经济发展的客观要求,是区域高校自身生存和发展的需要;其次,破除社会服务的观念性障碍,封闭保守思想,盲目自大思想,畏难情绪和等、靠、要思想。

The regional colleges and universities must change their concept in time to adapt the demand of social development. First of all the sense of community service must be further deepened on the concept change. Developing the community service is an inevitable trend of higher education development,an objective demand of economic development of regional community,and a demand of the existence and development of regional colleges and universities. Next, the regional colleges and universities must get rid of the concept barrier of community service, such as closed-door policy, unrealistic conceit, fear of difficulty, waiting, dependence and demand.
