在改革开放的新时期,国家对外语人才的需要日益增长,自然也对其素质和能力提出了更高的要求。作为外语教师,如何使自己适应这项任务,为完成这项任务作出自己的贡献,这是一个十分紧迫的问题。就俄语学习和人才素质培养等几个方面的问题作一些探讨,为它未来的良好适应性描画一个定位的坐标。

In the new era of reform and opening, our country needs more foreign language and this has naturallybeen demanding more on the graduates with their prerequisites and abilities. How to meet the needs of the project by fulfilling it to make one's contributions is an urgent problem for the foreign language teachers.This paper aims to make a further study of some questions on developing Russian learning and personnel training to produce a definite setting so as to meet the better needs of its future.
