转型期中国社会分配方式的变迁与阶层分化

The changing of the social allocation mode and the differentiation of stratum in Chinese social transformation

由于社会资源分配的结果是划分社会阶层的最终依据,依据社会的两种主要矛盾,社会资源的分配方式可分为功能性分配与政治性分配两种类型。在分析其基本特征及二者关系的一般规律的基础上,可以看出伴随着中国社会转型过程推进的是分配方式上政治性分配的部分退出与功能性分配的渐次渗透,这一过程直接导致了中国社会分配结果的变化,从而使社会的阶层结构发生相应的分化与变动。随着功能性分配在社会资源分配中比例的不断提高,中国必然走向一个存在巨大的中间阶层的稳定的阶层结构。

The result of social resourc es allocation is the foundation of social stratification.According to the two key con tra-dictions of society,the article distin guishes two modes of the social resource’s allocation:the functional-based allocation and the political-based allo cation.Based on the analysis of characters and gen eral rule of the two modes,the article argues that,with the advancing of Chi nese social transformation,the political-based allocation is drop ping out and the functional-based allocation is interpen etra tion at the same time.And this process also changed the structure of social stratification.Then the article argues that,with the proportion of the functional-based allo cation becom ing the main mode in the process of social re sources allo cation,a big middle-class,a stable structure of stra tum,is coming into being.
