An exploration of the new education method with characteristics of adult education college

成人教育在现代教育中发挥着越来越重要的作用。要促进成人教育学院的发展,探索有特色的成人教育学院办学新路应从以下方面着手:(一)加强学科建设,优化和调整课程设置;(二)深化内部改革,建立有特色的教学运行体制;(三)加强队伍建设,实行严格教学;(四)拓宽渠道,合作办学。

In modern educational system,adult education is becoming more and more important.Therefore,it is essential to develop adult education institute and explore new running ways with its own characteristics.The present author believes that the following aspects are worthy of special attention in achieving the goal:1.Enhancing discipline development and optimiz-ing and regulating curriculum arrangement.2.Furthering the inner reform and setting up a teaching mechanism with its own characteristics.3.Reinforcing faculty construction and rigidly enforcing teaching requirements.4.Widen the channel and ap-plying cooperative education system.
