发展职业教育,要严格实行就业准入制度,加强职业教育与劳动就业的联系,要完善学历证书、培训证书和职业资格证书制度,从各个方面做好职业技能鉴定与职业技术院校教学相结合的工作。
We should strictly carry out the employment admission system,strengthen the relationship between the vocational education and the employment and make the academic credentials,training credentials and professional credentials systems perfect.We must thoroughly combine the technical appraisement with the teaching in the technical colleges.
