摘要
采用自制的预处理小柱 (中性氧化铝小柱 )对样品进行预处理 ,回收率比采用传统的乙醚提取提高 1 0 % ,检出限为 3× 1 0 - 9g ,加标回收率为 94.4%～ 1 0 1 .6% .
The paper used the home-made prepared microcolumn (neutral alumina microcolumn) to pretreat sample.The recovery rate was 10% higher than conventional aether extraction method.The detection limit was 3×10 -9 ,The standard sample added recovery rate was 94%～101.6%.
