摘要
我国地域辽阔,北方地区冬季天气寒冷,为了保证柴油机可靠起动及正常工作,防止机车冻裂损坏,内燃机车运用条件规定:机车柴油机冷却水和机油温度低于20℃时,不能起机;油、水温度低于40℃时不能加载.为了满足上述规定,内燃机车冬季在段内停留时都必须进行打温.在分析国内外各种打温方式特点的基础上,根据我国的现状开发了地面电源打温装置,介绍了该装置的设计思想和特点.经装车应用表明,该装置具有避免机车非工作性磨耗,节约打温费用,减轻打温人员劳动强度等特点,是解决我国内燃机车冬季打温问题的理想方法.
Oil and water temperature of locomotive must be raised in winter when locomotive stops at station in order to pledge it motorized and prevent engine nomencalture not to be frost-bite. Owing to defects of the beforehand heat boiler and idling for raising temperature, a new temperature rasing device was developed, which is powerd by electric power. The practice proved that this device eliminates idling time and provide encomic and envirement benefit.
