摘要
对不锈钢内管和20钢外管进行表面清理、套装拉拔、端头密封,然后在内管中气体压力作用下在1050℃进行扩散退火.用扫描电镜观察了界面形貌、界面附近的组织,测定了界面显微硬度和剪切强度.结果得到,内压扩散复合法可使内外管界面实现冶金结合,其剪切强度可达400MPa以上.
After cleauingg, nesting, drawing and end sealing, an assembry of stainless steel and 20 carbon steel tubes was annealed at 1 050℃ with carbamide atomosphere. The morphology and microstructure near the interface were examined by scanning electronic microscope (SEM), and the microhardness and shear strength of the interface were also tested. The results show that inner tube and outer one can be metallurgical bonded with inner pressure diffusion annealing. The shear strength of the interface is over 400 MPa.
