摘要
重点讨论了各种信号处理技术在齿轮系统的故障诊断中的应用 ,包括 :平稳信号处理技术 ,非平稳信号处理技术 ,非高斯和非白色噪声信号处理技术 ,非线性信号处理技术 ,盲信号分离技术 ,奇异值分解技术以及各种智能诊断技术。详细比较了各种信号处理技术的特点、应用范围和研究进展 ,并且指出了今后的若干研究方向 ,从而为齿轮系统的故障诊断和在线监测提供了依据 ,以保证齿轮系统的安全运行。
In this paper, some signal processing technique for fault diagnosis and its application in gear systems are discussed. These technique includes: stationary signal processing, non-stationary signal processing, non-Gauss and colored noise processing, non-linear signal processing, blind signal separation, singular value decomposition and intelligent diagnosis technique. The characteristic, range of application, and research progress are analyzed and compared, included some developing direction in the future. These results could offer theoretical foundation for fault diagnosis and on-line monitoring of gear system, which are useful to secure running of gear system.
