摘要
Weibull分布百分位值 (安全强度、可靠寿命等 )和百分率 (破坏率、可靠度等 )的检验问题长期以来没有得到解决 ,目前工程上存在大量急需处理的此类问题。文中建立Weibull分布百分位值和百分率的置信检验方法 ,包括强检验、弱检验 (相当于假设检验 )和弱强检验 (相当于抽样检验 ) ,可以满足不同的实际需求。特别是强检验克服了显著性假设检验在接受原假设时缺乏说服力的缺点 。
The percentiles and percentages of Weibull distribution cannot be tested by the traditional methods, which is urgent to be solved in engineering. The confidence test method for the percentiles and percentages of Weibull distribution is presented. It includes the strong test, the weak test that corresponds to hypothesis test and the weak-strong test that corresponds to sampling inspection. This method can meet the needs of test in engineering. Especially the strong test can overcome the disadvantage that to accept a null hypothesis may simply mean that it is not rejected by hypothesis test, and greatly improve the test precision.
