摘要 香蕉转基因研究逐渐成为国内外植物分子生物学研究的热点。人们从 2 0世纪 60年代开始就进行了香蕉的组织培养 ,70年代茎尖培养成功 ,近 1 0年来相继在微繁殖、单克隆抗体、分子生物学和遗传转化等方面开展了工作。香蕉转化受体系统已从茎尖发展到胚状体和愈伤组织受体系统 ,遗传转化方法也在不断改进 ,从单一的方法发展为根癌农杆菌感染法与基因枪法的结合。从香蕉组织培养、遗传转化受体系统、基因转化方法、筛选方法的研究等方面进行综述 。 Researches on banana transformation become a worldwide hotspot in the field of plant molecular biology.In the 1960's,tissue culture of banana had been initiated.And in the 1970's,banana meristem was successfully cultured.In the past decade,a great number of studies had been launched into its micro-propagation,mono-clonal antibody,molecular biology,genetics and transformation.Receptor system of transformation had developed from meristems to callus receptor; and the gene transformation methods had made some progress.The tissue culture,receptor system of transformation,gene transformation methods,strategies of screening were focused,and put forward some advice on the research of transgenic banana.;
