摘要
并联坐标测量机是一类全新的坐标测量系统 ,它具有结构简单、测量精度高、测头位姿灵活等特点 ,是一种技术附加值很高的机电一体化产品。文章首先介绍一种基于 3 -RPS运动机构的 3自由度并联坐标测量机的结构、特点及测量原理 ,然后对该坐标测量机的运动学约束问题进行了探讨 ,并采用优化算法对该坐标测量机的测量空间进行了分析与计算 ,从而为并联坐标测量机的优化设计提供了必要的理论依据。
Parallel-link coordinate measuring machine (PCMM) is a new coordinate measuring system and a high-tech mechatronic equipment. It has many features, such as a simple structure, a high measuring accuracy and a flexible probe posture, et al. Firstly, the paper describes the structure, measuring theory and characteristics of a parallel-link coordinate measuring machine based on.3-RPS parallel kinematic mechanism. Then, the kinematic constraints of the CMM are discussed, and the workspace of it is analyzed and calculated by computer simulation. This research lays the theoretical base for designing the parallel-link CMM.
