摘要
目的 :分析大Y染色体与各种临床表现的相关性。方法 :采用外周血淋巴细胞G显带技术 ,对患者进行核型分析。结果 :4 1例大Y染色体患者中 ,临床表现有 :其妻有异常生育史 ,有睾丸发育不全者 ,无精和精子异常者 ,有智力低下儿和孤独症儿等。结论
Objective:TO nalyse the relativity of big Ychromosome and all kinds of clinical manifestation. Methods: using peripheral blood lymphocyte G-banding technology to analyse sufferers karyotype. Results: Among forty-one big chromosomal sufferers the clinical manifestation was There was unusual fertility history for their wives,there was testis hypoplasia, there was no semen or semen dysplasia,there was mental retardation and autism for children and so on.Conclusion:There some relativity between big Y chromosome and clinical diseases.
