摘要
目的 :探讨应用NUSS方法治疗小儿漏斗胸的疗效。方法 :15例漏斗胸均应用NUSS技术治疗。结果 :15例疗效均满意 ,术后 2年取支架后胸廓不变型。只有 2例有轻度并发症 ,但不影响结果。结论 :手术的优越性在于微创、美观。手术时间短 ,操作简单 ,矫形满意 。
Objective: To evaafte the effect of NUSS procedure for treating children, s pectus excavatum. Methods: Fifteen patients underwent Minimally invasive repair for pectus excavatum-the NUSS procedure . Results: Very good to excellent results were achieved for 15 patients and long-term outcome was obtained after bar removals after two years of operation . Minor complications occurred in 2 patients. Conclusions: The minimally invasive technique has a low complication rate with excellent results.
