摘要
对KZ14-13型快装蒸汽锅炉改为水暖锅炉后运行时发生炉胆局部变形和后管板裂纹的主要原因进行了分析,并根据主要影响因素和实际运行状况,提出了解决问题的方法,取得了良好的效果。
A KZ14-13 type steam boiler was transformed to hot water supply for space heating. However the local deformation in furnace and cracks in behind tube plate were happened. The main cause was analyzed and a technical improvement scheme was put forward base on the main cause analysis and practice operation situation. Finally, a good result was obtained.
