摘要
目的 :研究恒牙窝沟形态与窝沟龋易感性的关系。方法 :选择 1 1 9颗离体后牙为检测样本 ,以激光龋齿诊断仪确定检测位点 ,通过此位点切片磨片 ,并用显微放射照片确定是否有龋。按常规分类法确定窝沟的类型 ;体视显微镜摄取面窝沟图片 ,按结构角分类法测定窝沟的结构角 ,分为沟 (groove,结构角 >2 5°)和隙 (fissure,结构角≤ 2 5°)两类 ,并分析不同的窝沟形态与龋损发生的关系。结果 :窝沟结构角的平均值为 38.6°± 1 6 .1° ,其中沟有 93个 (38个有龋 ,5 5个无龋 ) ,隙有 2 6个(1 1个有龋 ,1 5个无龋 ) ;窝沟常规分类为五种类型 ,其中I型 5 3个 (2 7个有龋 ,2 6个无龋 )、V型 36个 (1 2个有龋 ,2 4个无龋 )、U型 1 8个 (7个有龋 ,1 1个无龋 )、IK型 1 0个 (2个有龋 ,8个无龋 )、Y型 2个 (1个有龋 ,1个无龋 )。卡方检验显示在本研究中窝沟的形态与窝沟的龋易感性之间无明显相关性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论
Objective:To study the relationship between fissure shapes of permanent molars and its caries susceptibility.Methods:119 extracted permanent molars were included and their fissure shape was examined by two methods-normal and structural angle method.Results:There were 70 caries-free and 49 caries specimens.Fissure structure angle was 38.6° ±16.1°(Mean±SD).Fissure shapes were classified as I,V,U,IK and Y type by normal method.The distribution of the fissure type and carious condition were listed as below:I type:53 case (27 case with caries,26 case without caries),V type:36 case (12 case with caries,24 case without caries),U type:18 case (7 case with caries,11 case without caries),IK type:10 case (2 case with caries,8 case without caries),Y type:2 case (1 case with caries,1 case without caries) and groove:93 case (38 case with caries,55 case without caries),fissure:26 case (11 case with caries,15 case without caries).Relationship analysis did not show significant relationship between caries susceptibility and the shape of permanent molar pits and fissures.Conclusion:There was no significant relationship between pit and fissure shape of permanent molars and its caries susceptibility.
