组织细胞坏死性淋巴结炎16例临床分析

A CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF HISTIOCYTIC NECROTIZING LYMPHADENITIS IN 16 PATIENTS

目的 :探讨组织细胞坏死性淋巴结炎 (HNL)的诊断和治疗。方法 :对新桥医院口腔科从 1 985～ 2 0 0 2年共收治的HNL1 6例的临床表现 ,检查和诊断 ,以及治疗和愈后进行回顾性分析。结果 :所有患者通过淋巴结病理活检确诊 ,愈后良好 ,4例 (2 5 % )患者手术确诊后观察。结论 :活检术在HNL诊断方面具有重要的临床价值 ,肾上腺皮质激素在治疗HNL方面疗效满意。

Objective:To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of histiocytic necrotizing lymphadenitis(HNL).Methods:Sixteen cases of HNL treated in our Department from 1985 to 2002 were studied retrospectively.Results:All cases were diagoesed by biopsy.Four cases were observed after biopsy and twelve patients were treated using adrenal cortical hormone after biopsy.All patients satisfied the results after the biopsy and treatment.Conclusion:Biopsy is of clinical importance in diagnosis of HNL.Adrenal cortical hormone is effective in the treatment of ANL.
