摘要 唾液分泌是维持口腔正常生理功能所必需 ,腺泡上皮细胞内的Ca2 + 的浓度影响腺体唾液分泌。通过 1 ,4 ,5 三磷酸肌醇 (inositol1 ,4 ,5 triphosphate ,IP3 )和其受体调控着细胞内Ca2 + 的信号的传递 ,同时瞬间受体电位蛋白可能起IP3 受体的作用。转导瞬间受体蛋白基因重组腺病毒的动物 ,刺激唾液分泌比对照组明显增高。Ca2 + 内流的增加可以增加腺体唾液分泌。
