摘要
目的 :观察甲壳胺对口腔细菌硫化氢产物的影响 ,评价甲壳胺的抗口臭作用。方法 :选择 3种口腔主要产臭菌 :牙龈卟啉单胞菌、中间普氏菌、具核梭杆菌 ,分别接种于不含药物的液体培养基、含 1 %甲壳胺的液体培养基和含 0 2 %洗必泰溶液的液体培养基中 ,厌氧培养后 ,用硫化物测量仪分析 3个菌种硫化氢代谢产物的变化。结果 :3种细菌在不含药物的试管中有大量硫化氢生成 ,含 1 %甲壳胺的实验组和含 0 2 %洗必泰溶液的对照组试管中检测出硫化氢的量明显降低 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :甲壳胺能有效抑制产臭菌异味产物———硫化氢 。
Objective:To assess the anti halitosis effect of carboxymethyl chitosan through its influencing on the hydrogen sulfide products of three kinds of bacteria.Methods:Three oral bacterial species were selected in this study.They were Porphyromonas gingivalis,prevotella intermedia,fusobacterium nucleatum.The technique of anaerobic bacterium culture and a portable sulfide monitor(Halimeter) were employed for the evaluation of hydrogen sulfide(H 2S) produced by the bacterium.Results:Both group A(1% chitosan) and group B(0 2% Chlorhexidine) were highly effective in reducing H 2S produced by Pg,Pi and Fn in contrast with group C(without chitosan and chlorhexidine)( P <0 05).Conclusion:Chitosan is effective in reducing the release of hydrogen sulfide produced by Pg,Pi and Fn and has significant anti halitosis effects.
