Design of Model Transformation Technology in Data Warehouse

比较了数据仓库数据库与传统操作型数据库,回顾了“规范的”操作型系统设计,介绍了四种典型的数据模型——实体关系模型、对象模型、维模型和星型模型.提出了一种数据仓库设计中的模型转换技术.

Database of data warehouse and traditional operational database are compared in this paper, then the design of 'normative' operation system is reviewed, four typical data models are introduced- Entity-Relationship Model,Object Model,Dimensional Model and Star Model. A technology of model transformation is proposed in development of data warehouse.
