ICP—AES法快速测定水果中多种微量元素的方法的研究

Method Study of Rapid Determination Microelements in Fruites by ICP-AES

采用了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP—AES),对5种水果中12种微量元素进行快速测定,样品处理分别采用了干法、湿法、高压硝化罐3种硝化法.通过比较,认为用高压硝化罐硝化结果最佳,各分析元素的相对标准偏差均小于4.51%,回收率在94.1%～102.9%.方法简单、快速、准确度高.

The application of the ICP-AES technique to the determination of many microelements in fruits is studied and reported in this paper. And three methods are adopted in the samples: dry method, wet method and high pressure nitrifying pot method. By comparision, the high pressure nitrifying pot method is proved the best. The RSDS for these elements are less than 4.51%, The recoverys are 94.1%～102.9%. This method proves to be simple, rapid and highly accurate. And the experiment result is satisfying.
