略论建立终身教育制度的经济与政治基础

A Brief Discussion on the Economical and Political Bases of a Lifelong Educational System

终身教育作为一种能够为每一位公民终身接受教育提供现实条件的教育制度,需要发达的科技、经济和民主、文明、法制化的政治制度作为保障。论述了在当代政治、经济条件下建立和完善终身教育制度的必要性和可能性,并对我国的终身教育的现状以及发展我国终身教育事业的前景提出思考。

A lifelong educational system can provide a realistic opportunity for every citizen in their life time, while it needs not only advanced science and technology but also a civilized legal political system supported by the people to safeguard it. This article briefly discusses the necessity and possibility of establishing a lifelong educational system and how to perfect it on the basis of modern political and economical condition. In addition, this article puts forward some thoughts on the present condition of the lifelong educational system and how to develop it in the future for China.
