摘要
以对苯二甲酰氯 (TPC)、间苯二甲酰氯 (IPC)、双酚A为原料 ,采用相转移催化界面缩聚法合成了一系列的双酚A型聚芳酯 ,并讨论了催化剂用量、NaOH用量、TPC与IPC的配比对聚合反应的影响 ,采用红外光谱、DSC。
Bisphenol—A polyarylesters were synthesized by interfacial polycondensation of tereptllthaloyl(TPC) and dimepththaloyl(IPC) and bisphenol—A (BPA) in the presence of a phase transfer catalyst. Effect of the amount of catalyst, the amount of sodium hydroxide and composition of the momoners on polycondensation was investigated. The copolymers were chararacterized by infrared spectroscopy (IR) ,differential scanning calorimetry (DSC),thermogravimetry(TG).
