摘要
研究发现BmNPV对苹掌舟蛾 (Phaleraflavescens)、甘蓝夜蛾 (Mamestrabrassicae)、甜菜夜蛾 (Spodopteraexigua)幼虫有一定致病作用 ,发病率分别为 7 8%、43 2 %、5 6 3 % ,而不感染赤松毛虫 (Dedrolimusspectabilis)、菜粉蝶 (Pierisrapae)、小菜蛾 (Plutellaxylostel la)幼虫。对甜菜夜蛾和甘蓝夜蛾 2、4龄幼虫的感染结果表明 ,BmNPV对 2龄幼虫有较高的侵染致病效果。在所采用的接毒方法中 ,以穿刺接毒法的感染效果较为理想。试验结果说明BmNPV具有一定的侵染其它鳞翅目害虫的能力 ,在害虫生物防治中有开发利用的潜力。
The results of this study show that Bombyx mori nuclear polyhedrosis virus(BmNPV)can infect three pests of the six pest which tested in this study.The three pests are Phalera flavescens, Mamestra brassicae,Spodoptera exigua.And the rates of the infection on these three pests are 7 8%,43 2%,56 3%.The BmNPV have high rate of infection on the 2 star larvae of M.brassicae and S.exigua.Comparing the infect methods,the puncture method is better than the peroral method.The results suppose that the BmNPV have the potential on the biological control of the pests in agriculture and forestry.
