特种行业管理的回顾与改革的思考

特种行业的管理,可减少诱发违法犯罪活动的相关因素。特种行业的范围是“历史的、发展的”,管理方式也应因地因时制宜。目前,有必要对特种行业的管理理念和管理方式进行变革。主要可通过以下措施来完成:管理方式由审批制变为备案制,建立行业协会,对从业人员进行系统化、科学化管理,实施信息化监管等。
