麻醉专业毕业生的技能目标与实现策略

Anaesthesia Major Graduates' Skill Aims and Implement Strategies

根据多年的麻醉学教学经验结合临床实践 ,提出了麻醉专业毕业生应具备的 8条技能和实现这些技能目标的策略 ,即1)广基础、宽口径培养 ;2 )加强技能培训 ,强化操作 ;3 )加强课程安排与课程设计 ;4)让师生充分了解技能目标 ,调动学生主动参与的积极性 ,要求教师引导和帮助学生实现技能目标 ,并提出有效和可行的考核手段。

Based on many years teaching experience of anaesthesia and clinical practice, we put forward the eight skills which anaesthesia major graduates should master and the strategies which can help students achieve these skill aims. The strategies are as follows: 1) To train students to lay wide and solid foundations and seek much knowledge; 2) To strengthen skill training and put emphasis on operation; 3) To pay attention to course arrangements and course designs; 4) To make everyone understand skill aims; bring students' every positive factor into play; require teachers to help students achieve skill aims and design effective and feasible testing methods.
