对技术创新主体问题的深层思考——兼谈如何推动我国国有企业成为技术创新主体

RESEARCH ON TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATION SUBJECT

本文在对国内学者关于技术创新主体的研究观点进行综述后,提出技术创新的主体是企业,研究开发机构只是知识创新的主体,政府则是制度创新的主体,并对推进我国国有企业成为技术创新主体的问题提出了对策建议。

After introducing the survey about the research view of the technological innovation subject of the domestic scholar , this paper proposes that the subject of technological innovation should be an enterprise, the research and development organization is only a subject of the knowledge innovation,and the government is a subject of system innovation, then puts forward the suggestion to promote the state-owned enterprise of our country to the technological innovation subject.
