摘要
企业学习行为可以看作是一种在一个固定的可能技术集合中进行非限定的随机搜索过程。该搜索过程以提高并改进企业的绩效展开。搜索的规则有两种,一级学习和二级学习。根据这种机制,本文给出了制造业企业的学习过程模型。
The enterprise learning behaviors are considered the unlimited searching process in the possible technology set. The object of searching process is to improve the performance. There are two searching rules, the first is one level learning, and the second is two level learning. This paper suggests the enterprise learning process model in manufacturing industry according to this searching mechanism.
