摘要
针对长庆局(国有大型存续企业)生产管理中缺乏"智能"、"柔性"、"系统"的现状,将现代项目管理思想引入企业BPR项目中,并具体利用决策结构模型、WBS和工作流技术,研究提出了一种新的基于项目管理的业务流程重组模式。以"生产动态信息管理流程"为释例,解释了该模式在长庆局项目中的具体效用,也为类似国有大型存续企业的BPR决策提供了一种参考。
Since production management of CNPCCQ(a national large store-to-extend enterprise)is devoid of aptitude, agility and system, a thought of modern project management is introduced into the project of enterprise BPR. With techniques of decision instruction model, WBS and work flow, a new model of project-based BPR is proposed. As a case of the 'production dynamic information management flow', the specific effects of this model are interpreted in the project of CNPCCQ, which provides a reference for analogy decisions.
