Proceeding with the time which belongs to Marxism,is one of the central ideas of the Sixteeth National congress of the Chinese Communiont Party.Therefore,this artical emphasizes the philosephical and connotation of proceeding with the time,the importance and necessity to master it and the realistic way to explore it.Only if there is a continuous developement of Marxism,the historical and contemporary task will be fulfilled.
