摘要
报道了具有生产规模的银杏内酯B(GB)纯化工艺。该工艺包括萃取、模拟移动床、结晶3个步骤。其核心是用模拟移动床色谱对银杏内酯B进行规模化精细分离。所得产品纯度w(GB)≥90%,收率≥70%,生产能力20g/h。生产1g银杏内酯B净消耗乙酸乙酯29L,乙醇50mL,甲醇40mL。产物用高效液相色谱、液质联用及核磁共振做了鉴定。
The productive technology for purification of Ginkgolide B(GB)is reported.The core technology is the scaled-up fine separation with the simulated moving bed chromatography(SMBC).Production capacity of GB is 20 g/h.Purity of the product is w(GB)≥90%,and the total yield reaches 70%.The net consumption for 1 g GB is 29 L ethyl acetate,50 mL ethyl alcohol and 40 mL methanol.The product is identified by HPLC,LC-MS and NMR.
