Preparation of 5-Amino-8-quinolinol with Hydrazine Hydrate Reduction Method in Presence of Pd/C Catalyst

摘要 在1.25gw(Pd)=10%的Pd/C催化下,5 29g质量分数为85%的水合肼还原9 70g5 硝基 8 羟基喹啉,在80~85℃下反应4h后,反应产物用苯重结晶得5 氨基 8 羟基喹啉7 31g,收率91 38%。 In the presence of 1.25 g Pd/C,9.70 g 5-nitro-8-quinolinol was reduced by 5.29 g hydrazine hydrate at 80~85 ℃ for 4 h.The crude product was recrystallized from benzene to give 7.31 g 5-amino-8-quinolinol in 91.38% yield.
