农药保棉磷、敌草隆、莠去津和扑草净在土壤中不可逆吸附研究 被引量:6

摘要 利用土壤柱液相色谱多级吸附/脱附法研究了保棉磷、敌草隆、莠去津和扑草净在土壤中的不可逆吸附及其影响因素。莠去津、敌草隆、保棉磷和扑草净在每克德国Kaldenkirchen砂土中的不可逆吸附量分别为1 272,5 084,1 964和1 728μg。保棉磷在3#欧洲标准土和Kaldenkirchen砂土中的不可逆吸附量有较大差异,说明土壤有机碳含量对农药在土壤中的不可逆吸附有显著影响。该文通过对农药种类、土壤性质的比较,初步探讨了农药在土壤中不可逆吸附的机理。另外,与批量平衡法多级吸附/脱附法相比,土壤柱液相色谱多级吸附/脱附法具有操作简单、快速而又准确的特点,具有广泛的应用空间。 Irreversible sorptions of pesticides Azinphos-methyl,Diuron,Atrazine and Prometyn on Kaldenkirchen soil were studied by a method of soil column liquid chromatography with stepwise adsorption/desorption.The irreversible adsorption amounts of Atrazine,Diuron,Azinphos-methyl and Prometyn were 1.272, 5.084,1.964 and 1.728 μg/g respectively.The effects of soil property,especially the amount of soil organic carbon,on irreversible adsorption of pesticides were observed in the study of irreversible sorption of Azinphos-methyl on different soils.The irreversible adsorption amounts of Azinphos-methyl on 3~# European reference soil and Kaldenkirchen soil were different.Compared with the batch equilibrium method with multiple adsorption/desorption cycles,this method has the advantages of simplicity,rapidity and accuracy.
