摘要
选择处于热应激条件下的 192只 35周龄新罗曼褐壳蛋鸡 ,随机分为 6组 ,分别饲喂添加 0、10、2 0、30、4 0、5 0mg/kg葡萄糖耐量因子 (GTF)的玉米 豆粕型基础日粮 5 2d ,试验结束时随机抽取试验鸡 36只 (每组 6只 ) ,取甲状腺称重并制作切片 ,观察有机铬对热应激蛋鸡甲状腺组织结构的影响。结果 ,试验组鸡甲状腺重量较对照组略有增加 ,滤泡上皮增高 ,细胞增殖 ,出现皱褶 ,表明补铬使热应激蛋鸡甲状腺组织结构呈功能旺盛状态。提示 :高温下给蛋鸡补铬的同时要适当补碘 ,以防因碘不足而引起甲状腺肿。
A total of 192 thirty-five-week-old layers under the heat stress condition were divided randomly into six groups. The layers in each group were fed with the basal diet supplemented with 0, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 mg/kg GTF(7.41 mg Cr per 1 kg GIF) for 52 days, respectively. At the end of experiment, thirty-six layers were selected randomly and slaughtered. The thyroid glands were obtained, weighted and were made into sections to study the effect of organic chromium on thyroid gland structure of the layers under the heat stress condition. The results showed that the thyroid glands of the layers in the experiment groups were heavier than those of the layers in the control group, and epithelial cells of follicle in the experiment groups were higher than those of the control group. It suggested that the function of thyroid gland of layers under the heat stress condition was vigorous when chromium was supplemented in basal (diet) and meanwhile iodine should be supplemented appropriately to prevent goiter due to iodine deficiency.
