摘要
分析了20世纪下半叶以来,美国班级管理理念的发展脉络及当代走势,指出了不同的班级管理的基本主张、针对性、效果及其命运,并分析了当前美国班级管理理念发展的共同趋势与特点,供我国教育界思考和变革班级管理借鉴。
Class management is closely related with students' lifestyle and life quality at school. Researches on class management are of great importance, especially at the times of education reform. The paper analyzes the development and the trend of class management concept in the USA since the latter half of the 20th century, and points out basie views, aims, effecdveness and destiny of different class managements. Also includ-ed in the paper are the trend and features of class management concept in current America.
