摘要
《中华人民共和国劳动法》是根据《中华人民共和国宪法》制定的、保护劳动者合法权益、调整劳动关系的一部法律。文章根据《劳动法》的有关规定 ,对国家公务员的工资收入问题做了探讨 ,主要涉及两个方面 :一、关于延长工时的报酬支付问题 ,二、关于带薪年休假制度的问题。
Labor Law, made according to Constitution of P.R China, intends to protect the legal rights of labor forces and regulate the laboring factors. In this article the public servants' wages is discussed about concerning the two aspects, that is, how much a public servant should be paid when he works longer than expected, and how much he should be paid if he gives up the annual holiday with salary.
