除草剂安全剂对氯乙酰苯胺类除草剂代谢的影响 被引量:7

摘要 氯乙酰苯胺类除草剂在作物中的代谢途径包括降解产物与内源底物 (如GSH)轭合的过程 ,GSH或高谷胱甘肽轭合物的形成使除草剂对作物不再具有毒性。安全剂的作用表现在 :通过增强作物对氯乙酰苯胺类除草剂的代谢 ,达到使作物免受药害 ;诱导GSH ,促进了GSH轭合物的形成而保护作物免受氯乙酰苯胺类除草剂的伤害 ;此外 ,在安全剂处理的作物芽中 ,GST活性增强可能是包括重新合成蛋白质的诱导反应的作用。保护作物免受氯乙酰苯胺类除草剂药害的安全剂是通过除草剂的代谢而发挥作用。 The metabolism pathway for chloroacetanilide herbicides in crop plants involves initial degradation of the parent molecule followed by conjugation with endogenous substrates such as glutathione.Formation of the GSH or homoglutathione conjugate detoxifies the herbicide.Safeners have been shown to enhance metabolism of chloroacetanilide herbicides and to protect crops from chloroacetanilide herbicide injury by promoting formation of a GSH conjugate.Enhanced GST activity in safener-treated crop shoots appears to result from an induction response involving protein synthesis.Safeners protect crops from injury by chloroacetanilide herbicides by enhancing herbicide metabolism.
