摘要
测定复方细胞色素C滴眼液中防腐剂对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌 ,白色念珠菌和黑曲霉的抑菌作用。对黑曲霉 14天抑菌效果较好 ,而 2 8天未见抑菌效果 ,对其它各菌的作用符合《美国药典》 2 4版的标准。
The antiseptic effects of preservatives in compound cytochrome C eye drops on escherichia coli,staphylococcus aureus,pseudomonas aeruginosa,candida albicans and aspergillus niger were tested. The antispetic effect on aspergillus niger was good for 14-day while not valid for 28-day. The antiseptic effects on other bacteria met requirement in the USP 24th version.
