摘要
用反相高效液相色谱法测定柴黄片中黄芩苷的含量。色谱柱为Kromasil -C18,流动相为甲醇 -水-磷酸 -三乙胺 (6 0∶4 0∶0 2∶2滴 ) ,紫外检测波长为 2 80nm ,流速为 1 0ml·min- 1。黄芩苷对照品在0 0 2 5 2～ 1 0 0 8μg·ml- 1范围内线性关系良好 ,r =0 9996。平均加样回收率 99 6 %,RSD为 1 4 %。方法可行 ,结果可靠 ,重现性好。
A method for the determination of Baicalin in Chai Huang tablets was established. A Kromasil C 18 column was used with methanol-water- phosphoric acid-triethylamine (60∶40∶0.2∶2drops) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0ml·min -1 . The content was detected at a wavelength of 280nm. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.0252～1.008μg·ml -1 (r=0.9996). The average recovery was 99.6% and the RSD was 1.4%. The method was reliable,simple,and reproductive.
