摘要
本文首先对企业知识资源的构成和特点进行了分析,并将企业知识按性质分为显性知识和隐性知识、同质知识和异质知识,在此基础上,提出了企业并购后知识整合的模型图,分析了企业并购后知识整合的过程以及引起知识冲突的原因。
The composition has analysed the constitution and character of the enterprise's knowledge resources is firstly analyzed.Based on the classification of tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge, homogenous knowledge and heterogenous knowledge,the knowledge integration model after enterprises' Merge&Acquisition is prompted furtherly.The process of knowledge integration and causes of knowledge conflict is studied at last.
