两个范围联盟的策略思想是新时期统一战线的重要内容之一。正确处理两者的关系,对于开创中国特色社会主义新局面具有重要意义,要从三个方面处理好两个范围联盟。一、坚持巩固工农联盟,夯实新时期爱国统一战线的基础;二、发展和加强第二个范围的联盟,实现中华民族的伟大凝聚;三、求同存异,调动一切积极因素,全面建设小康社会。

The stratigical idea about the unions of two ranges is one of the most important contents to the united front in the new period. The correct dealing of this relationship is vital to the opening of the new Chinese characteristic socialism.We should analyse it from three aspects:first,insisting on consolidating the workers' and peasants' union by strengthening the foundation of the patriotic united union;second,developing and reinforcing the second-range union, thereby gaining the support of the Chinese peoples;third,seeking common ground while reserving differences,utilizing every positive factor, building the well-off society comprehensively.
