摘要
目的 :通过对 80例烧伤患者三项心理因素的调查分析 ,探讨健康教育的意义。方法 :对 2 0 0 3年 3月至10月间所收治的 80例烧伤患者进行心理反应观察 ,分析其思想动态和心理活动 ,结合每个病人的心理特点进行健康指导。结果 :恐惧焦虑 2 2例 ,占 2 7 5 0 % ;对治疗缺乏信心 13例 ,占 16 2 5 % ;坦然 4 5例 ,占 5 6 2 5 %。我们针对不同患者心理状况实施不同健康宣教方案 ,促进了其功能恢复和心理康复 ,提高了生存质量。结论 :通过有针对性的健康指导 ,最大限度满足了病人的心理需求 ,使病人在最佳状态接受治疗 。
Objective: To explore the significance of health education, through investigation of the three psychological factors of 80 cases of burn. Method: 80 cases of burn treated in our hospital during the period from March to October 2003 were selected to enter this study. The development of their thinking and their psychological activities were analyzed. Result: 22 cases had fear and anxiety, accounted for 27.50%; 13 cases were lack of confidence in the treatment, accounted for 16.25%; 45 cases were calm and atease, accounted for 56.25%. To each of them, health guidance was provided according to their individual psychological characteristics. Such guidance proved very helpful in promoting the efficacy of the treatment to recover the function of the burn organs and improving the psychological state and living quality of the patients. Conclusion: Health guidance aimed at specific condition of the individuals can to a greatest extent satisfy the psychological demand of the patients, so that the patients can have a very good psychological state to receive the treatment and nursing.
