摘要
通过对酒精阳性牛乳与阴性牛乳中环腺苷酸 (cAMP)与环鸟苷酸 (cGMP)的定量分析 ,发现酒精阳性牛乳中cAMP上升、cGMP下降、cAMP/cGMP上升。结果显示 ,酒精阳性乳症的发生是细胞调节水平异常所致。
Contents of cAMP and cGMP in alcohol-positive milk were determined in the expenment. The results showed that concentration of cAMP in alcohol-positive milk was significantly higher than that of cAMP in alcohol-negative milk, concentration of cGMP in alcohol-positive milk was significantly lower than that of cGMP in alcohol-negative milk and cAMP/cGMP in alcohol-positive milk was higher than that in alcohol-negative milk. It could be concluded from the above-mentioned results that alcohol-positive milk syndrome in cow results from abnormality in cellular regulation.
